What if I can't pay by PayPal or Credit Card?

How long does delivery take?
I try my best to have orders posted out as soon as I can, but keep in mind it may take up to a week at times. Once the items are shipped, the delivery time is out of our hands and postage times can vary. All domestic orders are shipped with “Parcel Post” via Australia Post, who claim this service generally takes between 2-6 business days, however you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can stay in the loop. If you need an order sooner, reach out and we can discuss Express Shipping options!
If your product hasn’t arrived within 14 business days after receiving your tracking confirmation, please check the tracking number to see if it’s awaiting collection from your nearest Australia Post outlet, failing this feel free to contact us (orders@wreckedclothing.com.au) and we will look into it on our end to figure out what’s happening!

How do I get free stickers?
All orders come with free stickers.
Do you take returns?
Yes, we all make mistakes from time to time! We are happy to exchange your product for a different size, depending on availability! Keep in mind all products do have sizing charts in the description so please do your best to select the correct size. The product must be in its original condition, and unworn (still sealed), and returned within 7 days. Unfortunately you will need to cover postage costs. Please do not send us returns without prior contact. Send an email to orders@wreckedclothing.com.au and we can go from there!
Do you offer wholesale prices for shop orders?
Unfortunately we do not really offer wholesale prices for retail stores. But I am open to the idea, so if you are serious reach out to me via email and we'll see what we can do, yeah? jesse@wreckedclothing.com.au is my best contact for this!
What is the best way to wash my product?
To get the most out of your Wrecked products we find the best results when washing your products inside out on a cold water cycle with like colours, preferably in a front load washing machine, and hang out to air dry in the shade as direct sunlight isn’t ideal and can cause the product to fade. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not dry clean, do not iron.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). It's secure!
