What if I can't pay by PayPal or Credit Card?
Contact us at orders@wreckedclothing.com.au and we will sort a way for you to get what you want!

How long does delivery take?
I try and post orders as soon as I can which is generally within 24 hours of when the order is complete (sometimes it may take a little longer if I'm out of town but I'll always do my best to have it covered). Once the items are shipped, delivery time is out of our hands and postage times can vary. However, I do post all domestic (within Australia) orders with Express Postage via Australia Post to ensure it gets to your door as soon as it can. Usually it should only take two days for orders to arrive in Australia.

If your product hasn't arrived within 12 days, contact us at orders@wreckedclothing.com.au and we will work out where it is!
*International orders can take up to 28 days, if your order still hasn't arrived within 28 days, contact us at orders@wreckedclothing.com.au*

How do I get free stickers?
All orders come with free stickers (when in stock), or you can post us a self addressed paid envelope, and we will hook you up as soon as we can!

Do you take returns?
Yes, we all make mistakes from time to time! We are happy to exchange your product for a different size, depending on availability! Keep in mind all products do have sizing charts in the description so please do your best to select the correct size. The product must be in its original condition, and unworn (still sealed), and returned within 7 days. Unfortunately you will need to cover postage costs. Please do not send us returns without prior contact. Send an email to orders@wreckedclothing.com.au and we can go from there!

Do you offer wholesale prices for shop orders?
Unfortunately we do not really offer wholesale prices for retail stores. But I am open to the idea, so if you are serious reach out to me via email and we'll see what we can do, yeah? jesse@wreckedclothing.com.au is my best contact for this!

What is the best way to wash my product?
To get the most out of your Wrecked products our production team recommends washing your products inside out at 30-degrees, preferably in a front load washing machine. Do not iron the print, and hang out to air dry - keeping in mind too much direct sunlight isn't ideal and the shirt may fade slightly if exposed to too much direct sun.

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). It's secure!
