What if I can't pay by PayPal or Credit Card?
Contact us at info@wreckedclothing.com.au and we will sort a way for you to get what you want!

How long does delivery take?
All orders are posted out within 48 hours after purchase is complete. Once the items are shipped, delivery time is out of our hands and postage times can vary. However, it should arrive within 12 days from when your purchase was completed.

If your product hasn't arrived within 12 days, contact us at orders@wreckedclothing.com.au and we will work out where it is!
*International orders can take up to 28 days, if your order still hasn't arrived within 28 days, contact us at orders@wreckedclothing.com.au*

How do I get free stickers?
All orders come with free stickers, or you can post us a self addressed paid envelope, and we will hook you up!

Do you take returns?
Yes, we all make mistakes from time to time! We are happy to exchange your product for a different size, depending on availability! The product must be in its original condition, and unworn (still sealed), and returned within 7 days. Unfortunately you will need to cover postage costs. Please do not send us returns without prior contact. Send an email to orders@wreckedclothing.com.au and we can go from there!

Do you offer wholesale prices for shop orders?
Unfortunately we do not. The only way to get your hands on Wrecked products is directly through us!

What is the best way to wash my product?
Our printers recommend that your products are washed inside out at 30-degrees, preferably in a front load washing machine. Do not iron the print!

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). It's secure!
